Here is where I have to vent.........................
I know their are people on this FREE list that are also PAYING to be on 
the T34 list, and I'm sure this will offend most of you. But ever since 
I got out of the registry I've felt like I had to say something.

I used to be a "member" of the Type 3 ghia registry, which by the way 
you have to be in order to look at the classifieds.
You might be able to see them, but you can't get contact info. that's 
for "members" only. As is the email list. Unlike this one, you have to 
pay to get in on that too.

Check the site, you need a username and password.

What a joke!

The Nazi like rule of Lee Hedges selling you the right to read, learn, 
buy, sell, trade and the like says it all.
He'll take all the info on cars, parts, etc. from you and not give you a 
dime, but if you want the same in return you need to pay him.

I'll admit there are much nicer cars for sale (none with as much 
history) but if you can avoid "the registry" to find one (and you can) I 
would.

Basically all you'll get is someone else telling you what to do with 
your car, how much your car is worth, how much better their car(s) are 
because they are "correct", how much you should be selling your parts 
for,  and every once in awhile you'll get some "Type 3 Ghia only" 
information, and Lee offering his "services" as the middleman on some 
deals for you. Hey Lee, how about just giving me the guys number and 
letting me talk to them myself?!?!?

Hey if you want that let me know, and I'll do it for free!!
