StevenC=> Nice to see you're still running => bias ply tyres too. Not to seem critical, but I've driven bias-ply tires on an old car extensively. I understand the 'cool' factor in this, but I wouldn't do it again, even with the most detailed stocker. You just can't do much driving on them -- relative to modern tires, they're scary at speed. So for the information of anyone thinking of going this far to create a period restoration, just be prepared to keep it garaged except at parade time, and stay off the freeway.
