Would a Solex beetle float valve screw into a Soles type 3 carb?

I've just now opened three carbs. One 32-34 PDSIT-2 (cylinders 3&4, type 3), one 30 PICT-1 (1968-70 1300 cc type 1) and one 34 PICT-3 (1971-up 1600 cc type 1 and type 2).

What I found was that the float valve was identical on the 32-34 and the 30, but the valve size was different, as mentioned earlier. The 32-34 had a 1.2, the 30 had a 1.5. The 34 carb had a somewhat different valve, I guess this one is a 1.5 as well. It will fit in the 32-34 top housing, as the physical size and thread is identical.

All three had identical sized fuel inlet fittings. The 32-34 had the smallest float chamber and float, the 30 had a roughly 50% bigger chamber, while the 34's float chamber was almost double the size of the type 3 carb. The floats were also bigger, according to the increased size of the float chamber, so the gain in size can be somewhat eaten up by the float.

The chamber sizes are my personal estimates, as I didnt even try to measure them (I'm ceirtanly no mathematical wonder child).

Is there anything else I should have checked? If so, please let me know.
