Heather, you won't be replacing the torque converter, you'll be replacing the 
flex plate with a flywheel. Like someone else said, the rear engine hanger 
has been worked out already right? The 69 pan should have a fuel return line 
in it, but the fuel tank will need a return fitting installed. You have a 
Bentley right? If so, then its a matter of going to a salvage yard and 
getting all the necessary wiring for the FI that you're going to need (get 
the relays too), use the Bentley for reference of what you need (making a 
small list is helpful).Other than those items mentioned, I think you can put 
FI into your car. I hope this helps.
