One of the POs used a junk Taiwan antenna, that wouldn't hold a radio station
unless I was across the river from it ( and I was / am ). I think it was more
for looks (one of those short curly /coiled types) then anything, and when I
first saw it I knew it was going to get replaced as I didn't really care for
it. My used one had the little ball broke off and wasn't show quality, so I
replaced it with a new one on my Notch. It works great on my Square, and fits
the part better for a very used daily driver. : )
