No, it doesnt. The only things there mentioning the dates was the 
pictures of the car and dashboard, which was taken in 1982 (exterior) 
and 1979 (dashboard). It also said that the project is not finished, 
with more to come. It doesnt say anything on when they started the 
project, or how far they've come.

I also noticed that the car had California plates on it in the exterior 
pics, but several things suggests that this really is in Germany (The 
German text, the URL, a Nissan in the background in one pic). The car 
could be a Cali car brought over to Germany in the 80s.
