Yes, I think this is correct.
I think if going by colors, #30 is red (12v + from head light switch), and
#15/54 is black (feeding switched 12 volt items on the fuse box), and red
w/black stripe (#50) to the starter.

No, in that position, power or continuity should be across ALL 3, otherwise
you wouldn't have 12v to the coil during start.
