it does. i found this out with this gauge and that is why i needed it verified.

i don't really think it was running rich. i am burning oil and the engine is 
getting tired i think it was adjusted just to get me to pass. right now i am 
getting 27-28 mpg with regular.

i verified this about 3 weeks ago when i had to do emissions again. it was 
good, ~14.4v at 2500rpm.

when i bought the car it was at 30psi with about 23 mpg. it got about 9% co at 
the etc, then i took it to the shop (porsche) as a last resort, they took the 
pressure down to 23psi, yeilding 5% co at etc. i don't think it is realy that 
much since we are looking at %'s
