BE aware of the sounds you hear when it shuts down. If it loses power you will hear relays drop out the moment it shuts down. If there is some other cause the relays will click about 1 second AFTER it shuts down, or perhaps not at all. Which do you hear? > My question is this: > If there is not enough voltage to run the FI, what happens? > Will the entire system just shut down and need to be restarted? Low system voltage causes the FI to run rich. It does not shut down the system. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
