	The vwtype3.org administrators are handling spam in general 
through those extra spam headers.  That one "turning somebody in" 
that I sent was to Covad, the naughty person's isp.

	In general, there are two ways to keep list posts clean:

	1) Except all posts, but block the bad ones
	2) Deny all posts, but pass the good ones

I've been doing 1) for a long time -- too-big messages, messages w/ 
attachments, html messages, and the like have been blocked.  Lately 
spam has been a problem.  I started blocking messages with a rating 
of 3 "!!!" or greater.  The cut-off is tough; some crap messages have 
only "!!", and some legitimate posts have "!!!".  Either I set it at 
"!!" and let through crap (I won't do that), or have to put it at 
"!!!" and let through the legitmate "!!!" posts by hand -- big delay 
for posts, and extra work for me.

	Now I'm trying 2) -- well, 2) *and* 1), actually, in that 
order.  First pass, every post is denied *unless* the From: address 
is on the subscriber list (or the hand-maintained additionaly 
approved list).  Then the message must get through the good old 
anti-html, anti-attachment, etc. filters.

	Fun, eh?
