Exactly, a very small current flow can kill a person, though many factors
all need to combine for that to happen. Having worked on high power RADAR's,
among other things in the past, I always use the one hand rule. Its a habit
now, I do it without even thinking. If there is an accident, its much better
to have the current flow through one side of your body, rather than through
your heart.
