I took the regulator bolt out till the engine almost died. It read ~17 psi. at zero (do mean no input?) it was resting against the needle stop. Do I need to fill this with gas before I pressurize the system? If there is air in there will it affect the reading? Could I also verify the gauge with an air compressor set to a specific output? I took my pressure back up to what the gauge read before adjusting it (~23) and she is running great now. I passed emissions with 4.5 co% at 2500rpm, so now I have another year before I have to worry about it again. Thanks all for the help. nathan http://www.orntar.net/project/vwt3.html 70 fastback ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
