Hi folks,
Trying to get the '66 fastback back on the road and moving. I got my 7
year old out to help me (that was a chore "but dad I'll get
dirty"...girls) bleed the brakes after I re- re-built the MC. This time
it worked. I think Jim said he never could make the vacuum bleeders
work, guess neither can I! Nothing like a extra hand or foot to help
things along. Installed some $1 swapmeet shocks and finished
cleanint/sealing/painting and installing the gas tank. Some progress
yes, but I need a couple of things.
I need:
Steering shaft (only) with locking shells in place
('66 or earlier I think.)

These are a bit heavy, so anybody in Southern CA have a lead? At this
point I'll pay for the shipping though. That said, Pomona is in two
weeks, so if no one responds I'll be asking for some assistance with
extra sets of eyes at the swap :-0
