What I did in this circumstance is had the body shop estimate what they could, straightening, welding etc. Then I gave the body shop the price for the parts, in your case, rear fender, rear hatch, seals, trim etc. And I went to the Insurance companies body shop, for the estimate once you get that and the money you can go anywhere you want. To most body shops the type of car should not matter as long as they have a price for the parts. If they need it on paper just print ads for the parts from the internet (NOS and Used) and don't forget to add shipping to the price. This worked out *very* well for me. I got a great payout from his insurance company. I think the key is getting it fixed for a reasonable amount, so they don't total you car. So make sure you get good prices for the replacement parts and not the NOS, European, as advertised in a 1966 German magazine, from a no longer available source, *RARE*... Haha, you know what I mean.
