Not really, even though I'm not fully... emm, what shall I say,

I just wanted to say that I did experience it on my 73 once, where the 
rubber hose between the tank and the T where it splits to the 
Ebersp?cher pump also had a leak and a big chunk of white crystal had 
formed not only on the hose itself, but also on the ground beneath it. 
It's been so long ago that I cant remember what the weather conditions were.
