Youll lose 30% of your engine life with 1776... its pushing the limit if you
want to remain in the longevity and reliability of a stocker without a
stroker crank. Youll never pull a Boat with a 1776 without it overheating.

Id trust Bobby Hackel up here in Albany, been doing it for 30 years or
longer.

Carbs are not stock on a 73 Square in the US. But the solex's from the
early cars will work if rejetted properly, it will take alot of fiddeling
and the chokes will never track properly.
