Re: [T3] Mk.III rear seat in a Type III -- yep!

<x-flowed>I did try it with 92 Audi 100 seats (front) in my 73, but the rear "legs" were way too wide for the type 3. It was sitting on the center tunnel and heater channel!

Hello,
This weekend I'll be trying to fit MkIV Golf front and rear seats in my
Fastback. Looks like it should be fairly straight forward for the front
seats, just need to narrow the rear track of the rollers and make up a
bracket for the front. The rears look like they might need a bit of jiggery
pokery. I'll let you know how it goes.

cheers,

Can't sleep (brain won't turn off) so I went into the garage and grabbed my
Jetta's old rear seat. The bottom seat fit right in.
