When did they start that?  I remember that stuff in my '74 Bug (never
really thought much of it, though there was a rust hole there, hence my
knowning about it)...is my '69 Bug in danger?

No, I'm trying to stave off the square's slow death as it is.  It's not
beyond repair, yet.

I guess I'll go with the original plan of using liberal DynaMat (well -
the generic equivalent).
