Yes, they are one of the biggest in aftermarket OEM-style exhaust 
systems, with Bosal being one of their competitors. Walker and Bosal are 
pretty much the only OEM-style exhaust systems available, at least here 
in Norway.

I had a look at my muffler, and I cant say for sure that it is a Walker 
unit. The only thing I could tell from it was a stamping on the heat 
shield, just below the intake bellows, that said "MADE IN W GERMANY". 
The reason I think it is a Walker is that the FLAPS in question doesnt 
sell anything but Walker systems, and my muffler was apparently the last 
type 3 muffler they sold. The Walker type 3 muffler is NLA in Europe as 
well.
