I don't think I've ever had a good B&S experience. I've called a few
times - the first, they *wouldn't* ship body panels. The second I
called about something (I forget what) and I was told they needed to
call me back. They didn't.

This last time (about two weeks ago) was for carb rebuild kits for my
squareback. First, they say they 'should be getting them on
friday...we'll give you a call and let you know and get them shipped
right out'. Of course, they didn't call. I call first thing on monday
and ask about them - yeah, they got them. I ask them if they shipped
them on friday. No. I tell them my car is disabled waiting for these
kits - can they PLEASE overnight them today? "Uh. I don't know if we
can /overnight/ stuff." ?!?! I ask him to please check and please send
them out as soon as possible by the fastest means possible. I'll pay
whatever markup, I don't care. The parts arrive on Friday at 3p. Nice.
