<x-charset iso-8859-1> How about the belt? Couldn't the belt be worn or to loose? I know when I drive and engine gets pretty warm and I then get stuck in traffic, when I idle sometimes my gen. light (which I prev. thought was oil...better gen than oil though huh...wheeww) But I notice my belt "softens" from the heat and loosens up...I know it is not properly shimmed right now, at least I don't think so....what is the play supposed to be? But maybe it is your belt also. On the belt tightening issue, can people tell me what they use to tighten the belt while in the vehicle? I have the hardest time getting anything to fit in there, and was think about grinding down a wrench just for that.
