<x-charset iso-8859-1>Just about what I used, but different I used 4" abs (the black stuff) sewer pipe caps. Cut the back side, open end, to fit the contours of the panel just below my Bambus tray. Cut a round hole in the "cap" end for my JL 4" coaxials. The grills hung over the sides of the caps just the same as the thickness of some scrap bound square weave wool carpet from my Notch I had laying around, so I wrapped them pigs with it. Mounted them with a couple of angles after running the wires down under the carpet. Bingo, almost invisible speakers that allow my bambus to mount correctly. btw, Jason, I have 9 speakers in my notch, only the front 2 are sort of visible. and none in any door panels. Just a slight compromise on the rear ones sitting hidden on the package tray. still sounds great, though. A SB is harder, no stash places.
