I just ordered a pair from Rocky Mountain Motor Works as I rebuilt my carbs
and found one 6v unit and one 12v unit that seemed intermittent.

No rush, they had 102 of them when I called.

The screw is to manually override the shutoff, as others mentioned.

They are selling ones with 45 idle jets, which is correct for '67 carbs..
>From a limited look at my books a few days ago, the earlier carbs. used 50s.
As a confirmation of sorts, my spare 6v units have 50 idle jets.
