[T3] Removing door window, please help!!!

the very brief discription in haynes, simply states
lower arm, remove clip, lower out window.

Umm ok, well I've tried this and I can't seem to
remove the clip. I know I could remove the clip If I
were more aggresive w/ it, but I would likely break
it.

Has anyone a tip for me, or a trick to removing the
clip off of the lowering arm, so I may simply slide
the window out?
