[T3] horn circuit

<x-flowed>can someone clear up mu horn mystery? i have searched the post and found 
some info, but it was for a different year, and i don't think mine is set up 
the same. on my 1970, i have power at the horn, and the horn works when 
power is applied. i need to reconnect the inside column wire to the coupler 
under the car, but i still don't understand what happens from here. 
something has to be isolated or the horn would go off all the time, right? 
there is a wire connected to a brass ring in the column, this wire goes no 
where, is it part of the horn circuit?
