Hmmm, I thought you said that one corner of the pad was not touching. If a whole circular annulus of the rotor is not touching then this is a much simpler question. In this case, it is most likely that there is rust on that part of the rotor and it is eating away the pad. Strangely enough, rust is abrasive enough to grind away brake pad material without wearing itself away. You may have to file or chip off the rust, have them turned, or buy new rotors.
