Heh. By spending the last several days on it, I'll bet you know at least as much if not more than the shop about the D-Jet FI. And you care more than they do. But if they have one of those Bosch or VW FI testers, it might be worth hooking your system up to it to see if it might pinpoint something. After you have tried *everything* to get your emissions down, the very last things I'd try are a replacement pressure sensor and, if that doesn't change anything, a different brain.
