If you can feel "air" coming out of the breather, then the breather is not blocked. What did the previous seals look like when you took them out? Was there any evidence that they had been sitting in the wrong place and blocking oil flow? I suspect not. I don't think this is your problem either. OTOH, I really don't know what the problem is. Have you changed anything else lately? Does your crankshaft have a lot of end play?
