[T3] stripped oil change bolt more details !!

OK-
when I removed the oil coverthing, instead of the nuts just coming off, 4 of
the 6 bolts came out of the block. One of them was longer than the rest.

does this mean there is a nut and washer floating around in the bottom of my
block ?

or is the nut attached to the oil tube sump thing ?

if it is not, how do I get it all back together without slitting the case ?

and, one of the blots stripped the threads in the case when I took it out.

how do I fix that ?
