Low oil pressure is caused by worn bearings that let the oil out too easily, warped cases that do the same thing, or an engine that is too hot, making the oil viscosity too low. Often it is a combination of all three, caused by a poor rebuild that left out cooling system parts. You should start by making sure that your engine has ALL of the sheet tin that directs the cooling air and that the cooling air intake bellows is installed and in good condition. - ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <type3-off@vwtype3.org> For more help, see http://vwtype3.org/list/
