It has nothing to do with oil pressure. The cap gets popped off for one of the 
following reasons:

1) The cap wasn't installed all the way down, so that the spring fingers didn't 
catch under the lid of the breather. Solution: push it down until you feel the 
spring fingers catch.

2) The fingers can't catch because they have been bent inward so long that 
they will no longer spring outward. Solution: stick something inside the cap 
that spreads the fingers outward and put the whole thing in boiling water for a 
few minutes.
