thanks for all your concern....i did go to the doctor yesterday minor musle
damage to my neck and back. id didn't really start to fell it until
yesterday afternoon. When I met the doctor they said you usually don't feel
it until a day or two later.

as today is a holiday-i will deal with the insurance tomorrow.
