Really easy to use and good for other applications like the threaded holes
on the cylinder heads where the sheet metal is fastened.  I have used the M8
kits for repairing exhaust studs with excellent results.

Replying to Freddie's question made me think of one of my own.

Does anyone know if the shroud mounting holes on the case can be
successfully
drilled-and-tapped to 8mm?  The threads are pretty trashed, and the "tap it
deeper and use longer bolts w/locktite" trick I've heard here didn't seem
to help much.

Stupid GEX crap...but hey, at least I don't have to *rely* on the engine. =)
