[T3] rear torsion arms

<x-flowed>My left torsion arm in the back is sagging from wear and I would like to 
adjust it, but the guy at my local VW shop said that if it isn't that 
bad I might be better off not messing with it since I probably won't be 
able to get each side equally aligned. How true is this? If I do attempt 
it, does anyone have any suggestions? Also, I did buy the Bentley manual 
specifically for this, so I'm ready to go.
