[T3] Ignition

<x-flowed>A previous owner of my 66 fasty installed an ignition button into the 
dash and kill switch under the dash thereby alleviating the need for a 
key to start my car. Needless to say I don't favor this set up, but my 
question is this, since I don't have a key for the ignition i will have 
to have one made, but how can I test the ignition/ starter ahead of time 
to make sure it works. Perhaps it doesn't work at all?
