	Wouldn't this point to a weak battery (old, bad charging, etc.)?
Also, when the voltage is low, the f.i. system can't work right.

	Now that I write this, I remember having a very low battery on my
'71 on a cold Michigan night.  The engine would turn over, but only start
when jumped.  When the battery was good again, the car started fine.
