I haven't driven in the rain at all.  Maybe it is coming in through the
door and I just haven't been able to see it yet.

Have you been driving on wet pavement? It seems really unlikely that
this 
amount of water would drip in just standing still. Keep in mind that it
could 
have come in when you were driving and you would never have noticed it.
The 
most likely entry points are rust thru points at the front of the rear 
wheelwells, and you may see a lot of dirt around the voltage regulator.


There is no real way for it to get into the heater channels just sitting
still, 
other than by a leak around the windshield and down the channel in front
of 
the door.
