Cudo's to John for taking the time to put numbers and real geometry to this
problem!
Now we have some real idea of just how much caster we lose when we chose the
different options and just how much change in rubber clamps is required.  I
chose to shim the lower clamp for ease but I agree with Johns
reccomendations of using the upper tube.  If this is done before the beam is
on the car things will be much easier to deal with anyway.
