[T3] Rehosing fuel injectors

I am trying to attach new hoses to my fuel injectors. I was wondering 
whether I can use the little pinholes on the plastic 2 prong connector piece 
to help release the bell caps or not. I want to switch out the 1.5 inch 
pieces of hose attached to the injectors and reattach new hose with 14mm 
clamps.
