Mark, I'd be careful using WD-40 inside the cap as it is flammable. I'd hate
to see you blow up the distributor cap. A better choice might be on the
outside though. You also might want to contact some of the baja/buggy places
and see what they use/do for keeping water out of the cap. I hope this helps.
