> I'm assuming this would require a non sealed beam headlight. Was there a hole > in the bottom of the reflector where the parking lamp bulb poked in? > Yes, the integral parking light and headlight is non-sealed beam. The reflector has a hole for the parking light alongside the bulb hole, and the bulb-holder has two brass springy contacts that touch the side and base of the 4W bulb. It all seems to work OK. I'm not sure if other markets got sealed beams. It seems a way to be wasteful, since bulbs burning out can be replaced without also replacing the reflector and lens. Not ecologically kind! Dave.
