I think the most precise tool for this would be one of the simplest -- the
manometer. Get a long length of clear tubing, put a little water in it, bend
it like an M and set it up so a carb is drawing air at each end. The water
will rise toward the side that's drawing faster. Level at the center is
perfect sync.
