I'm still gonna agree with Shad on this. There's just too much going on here to make it a good place for combustion air. Consider also where the hot air goes on our cars when it exits the oil cooler. Plus the stones, dirt, leaves, turbulence.... Think what the air under here must be like while driving down a dirt road.
