<x-charset iso-8859-1>A method that has worked well for me for all rusted bolts is to spray the hell out of it with penetrant (I use P.B. Blaster, any will do) loosen a tiny bit, spray again, tighten that much, spray, loosen maybe 1/8th turn, spray, tighten......you get the idea, it will work the penetrant into the threads without the heat (I don't have a torch) and I haven't broken a stud since.
