[T3] Fuel Filler Pipe/Hose spurts fuel around turns?

Hi all,

Thanks for all your previous help.  I tracked down the cause of the fuel
smell inside the passenger compartment of my '72 fastback (Zippy).  It
seems that when making left turns, Zippy spews forth a stream of fuel
from the back side of his front right wheel well.  This only seems to
happen when the tank is full (which makes sense).

I can't quite see whether the leak is coming from the filler hose
itself, or the junction between it and the gas tank.  So, I wonder,
which is more likely to be the problem?  Where could I obtain parts to
fix this?
