Adjust the valves. Check the ignition system to make sure that spark is 
getting to the #3 SP. Check the plug, the wire, the SP 
connector/insulator/resistor, and the dist cap. An inductive timing light 
clipped around the #3 lead will tell you whether there is anything traveling  
down that wire.
