Be very careful that you don't break off the leaf spring that is on the underside of that anchor block. It's important that you free the adjusters up and put anti seize in there so you can adjust them a year from now. > 2. It's probably just hitting on the SIDES where the rust was allowed to build up more. It will go away, but you will still have to deal with the adjusters and get them working.
