Hey everyone, I am still trying to hunt down my FI/ rough running problems. Now that I have replaced the FI trigger contacts my Fasty runs great, as long as I leave the Air Temp Sensor unplugged. We have discussed the resistance and it does not seem to be correct but not far enough off to consider it bad (200 rather than 300). Also the mechanical advance is in question, I still have to confirm that and don't know if it would even be related. I did find one guy on the Samba T3 Forum with 71 fasty with the exact same problem. He replaced the Air Temp sensor and it did not change the condition at all. His also runs lean with the sensor connected, and great with it disconnected. Hate to ask this but, what happens if I just leave it disconnected? Anyone have any ideas?
