Yes, this is just moments from going all the way "over the top" and needing 
to be fixed. It's a real pain when this happens.

I'm usually not happy with an adjustment this close. I usually can't get the 
rear brake pistons to return completely if the cables are set this tight. I 
usually end up with something 20-25 deg.
