I don't think you would find a regulator that will reduce your pressure
from 30psi to 3psi. that is asking too much of a regulator.
BTW, don't worry about FI parts prices. They are pretty cheap if you
keep your eyes open. I have 2 spare "D" ECU's if anyone needs them. And
the price is right. They didn't cost me much, and they have been tested
on my '71.
